Our modern society loves to produce. We were taught to push
through, to get tangible results. But this attitude has been
increasingly taking a toll on our bodies and our health. Even our
cars can’t run and run without something going wrong. It needs
rest and maintenance, and so do we! Relaxing is an art form and a
skill that we were never taught. Like any skill, we need lessons in
how to achieve it and then practice in order to improve those skills.
Join Debbie for this highly effective practice, teaching the skills of
relaxation in order to create a space for your body and mind to
come to a place of healing. It had been touted that an hour of Yoga
Nidra can equate to the feeling of 4-5 hours of sleep!

Be prepared to do some gentle yoga postures and then lie down for an extended period. It is also suggested to wear comfortable, warm clothing.
